These terms govern your use of NestPDF. By using the service, you agree to them.
The service
NestPDF provides a set of browser-based tools for working with PDF and image files. We offer a free tier and an optional paid Pro tier.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the tools only with files you have the right to process, and not for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for the content of the files you process.
No warranty
The tools are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. While we work hard to make them reliable, we cannot guarantee that every PDF will process perfectly. Always keep a copy of your original files.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service, including any loss of data.
Pro subscriptions and payments
Pro is billed via Stripe on the plan you choose (monthly, annual, or one-off lifetime). Monthly and annual plans renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel any time from the customer portal. A 30-day money-back guarantee applies to first purchases.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
