This policy explains how NestPDF handles your information. The short version: your PDF and image files are processed entirely in your browser and are never uploaded to or stored on our servers.
Your files never leave your device
Almost every NestPDF tool runs entirely in your web browser using WebAssembly and JavaScript. When you open a file, it is read into your browser's memory, processed there, and the result is offered back to you as a download. The file is never transmitted to us.
Because we never receive your files, we cannot read, store, share, or lose them. When you close or refresh the tab, the file is gone from memory.
Tools that need a server
If a tool ever needs server-side processing, the page says so clearly with a visible notice. In that case your file is sent to a temporary, isolated function, processed, and deleted immediately afterwards. It is never written to long-term storage. At present, all NestPDF tools run in your browser.
Information we do collect
If you buy Pro, our payment processor (Stripe) handles your payment and collects the billing details required to process it. We never see or store your full card details.
We may collect privacy-respecting, aggregated analytics (such as which tools are popular) that do not identify you. Analytics are disabled unless an analytics key is configured, and we do not use cross-site advertising trackers.
If you subscribe to product updates, we store the email address you provide for that purpose only, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies, for example to remember your Pro status after purchase and your theme preference. See our Cookie Notice for details.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the limited personal data we hold (such as your billing email). Contact us at hello@nestpdf.app to exercise them.
